摘要
研制开发一种在核心技术上具有自主知识产权的振动挖掘机减振连杆,利用对油缸活塞的结构设计和液压油路控制增加了液体流动的行程,通过液体流动阻尼和压力降,以此吸收振动能量,达到减振、消振的目的。该减振连杆是利用减振销轴内的锥度滑块及能量吸收器,将振动能通过能量吸收器内液体流动阻尼转换为热能,以此吸收振动挖掘时的振动能或隔断振动能的传播,解决了铲斗振动挖掘时造成挖掘机主机振动的问题。该减振连杆具有结构简单、减振效果号好减振精度高等优点。
Research and development is done on a kind of core technology with independent intellectual property rights of the vibration excavator damping rod.The device control the stroke of the liquid fluid flow and pressure drop through the structure design of the cylinder piston and hydraulic oil control,as to absorb vibration energy and reducing vibration.The damping rod is to use the taper slider of damping within pin and energy absorber,and vibration energy is converted to heat through fluid flow damping of the energy absorber,and to absorb vibration digging vibration energy or partition vibration energy spread,finally to solve the excavator vibration problem when bucket vibration mining.The damping rod was characterized by simple structure,good damping effect and high accuracy of the vibration reduction.
