摘要
目的:研究比较眼科学教学中采用TBL法与LBL法教学效果的差异。方法:将85名学生分为两组,观察组42名采用TBL法,对照组43名采用LBL法;课程结束后,对两组学生进行理论考试,对教师、观察组学生进行问卷调查评估。结果:观察组理论考试成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.05),大多教师和观察组学生认同TBL法,在提高自学能力等方面优于LBL法。结论:TBL法的教学效果优于LBL法,可围绕TBL法开展课程改革。
Objective: To study and compare the differences in the teaching effect between Team based learning(TBL) and Lecture based learning(LBL) methods in the teaching of ophthalmology.Methods: 85 students were divided into the experimental group(n=42),with TBL method,and the control group of(n=43),with LBL method.The students from both groups took a theory test at the end of the course and a questionnaire assessment was given to the teachers and students from the experimental group.Results: The students' scores in the theory test in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P0.05) and most of the teachers and the students from the experimental group believed that TBL method was superior to LBL method in improving the ability of self-learning.Conclusion: The TBL method is better than LBL method and the practice of curriculum reform should be oriented to the TBL method.
