摘要 为了在教学实践中卓有成效地提高大学生实践创新能力,提出运用"雁阵效应"以点带面来提高学生群体的实践创新能力,并通过实践探索得出结论:在大学生实践创新过程中,通过雁阵效应发挥"头雁"与群体的协同作用,能有效促进共同进步;重视"头雁"中的个体差异与互补,发挥雁阵对个体的吸引作用,能有效培养团队意识;坚持不断完善以点带面的运行机制,能有效促进良好学风的养成,达到"群雁齐飞"的良性效果。 This paper proposed the use of the "wild goose queue effect" to effectively improve the practical innovation ability of university students in the teaching practice. The conclusion was made after practical exploration that the synergy between the " leading pack" and the "flock" can cooperate to promote common progress by the "wild goose queue effect" in the process of practical innovation ; emphasis on the individual difference and the complementary role in the "leading pack", and making use of the "flock of geese" to attract the individual can effectively develop team spirit. Perfecting the operating mechanism of "leading pack" to "lead the flock" can promote the cultivation of a better study atmosphere, thereby, achieving a positive "flock of flying geese" effect.
