Construction of an Apparatus Sharing Platform in Local Colleges

分析了地方院校仪器设备共享存在的问题,在吸收其他高校仪器设备共享平台建设经验的基础上,结合地方院校实验室仪器设备管理的特点,提出了地方院校仪器设备共享平台建设的方案。包括大型精密贵重仪器设备的共享,常规仪器设备的共享;共享设备信息查询、费用查询、共享设备预约,而且还实现了培训学习、信息反馈等。本系统数据库共享仪器设备网络管理系统的后台数据库,同一个地区的地方院校可采用此方法组建本地区的仪器设备共享平台。通过共享平台的建设实践,促进了地方院校仪器设备资源的开放共享,更好地为教学、科研及社会服务。

In this paper, the problems in the sharing of apparatus in local colleges were analyzed. Based on the experience of the construction of the apparatus sharing platforms in other colleges and universities, a scheme was put forwards for the construction of the apparatus sharing platform in local colleges. The scheme not only provides the sharing of large-scale precision apparatus, but also the sharing of general apparatus. It not only provides the query of the information, the cost, and the appointment-making of the shared apparatus, but also provides training and learning, and feedback, etc.. The database of this platform shares the back-end database of the Equipment Network Management System, which can be used to construct the regional apparatus sharing platforms in local colleges in the same region. The construction of the sharing platform, which will provide better service for education and research, has promoted the opening and sharing of the resources in local colleges.
