摘要
C6132型普通机床数控化改造总体方案是整个数控技术改造工作的核心。以C6132型普通机床为研究对象,选用数控系统及伺服系统,改造机床机械传动系统及机床电器控制系统的3个方法,阐述了数控系统控制系统的确定,半闭环控制伺服系统的选择,主传动系统改装,交流伺服系统驱动,多刀夹持,自动转位,机床的冷却系统与机床的润滑系统控制,主轴采用数控系统逻辑输出信号控制等多方面的问题,可为普通机床进行数控技术改造提供借鉴。
The digitalized transformation of the C6132 general machine tools is the core of the overall transformation program. Based on the C6132 general machine tool, by using the selection of the numerical control system and servo system, the transformation of mechanical transmission of the machine, and the transformation of electrical control system of the machine, this paper described the determination of the CNC control systems, the selection of the semi-closed loop servo control system, the modification of the main transmission system, the AC servo drive system, multi-tool clamping, automatic indexing, the control of the lubrication systems and cooling systems, spindle CNC control system logic output signals, and many other problems of the general machine tool CNC, providing reference necessary for the digitalized transformation of general CNC machine tools.
