松木、杨木纤维干燥排气总挥发性有机物与醛酮的排放特征 被引量:5

摘要 用色谱技术,测定和分析中纤板生产线纤维干燥排气中的总挥发性有机化合物(TVOC)、醛酮的化学组分及质量浓度。结果表明:纤维干燥排气中TVOC的质量浓度为0.1455mg/m3,主要组分有烷烃、苯系物、酯醚类等;醛酮质量浓度为5.0917mg/m3。各组分的质量浓度均低于DB 11/501-2007《大气污染物综合排放标准》规定的限值。 To determine the volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions from wood fiber drying and its effect on air quality, contents and concentration of total volatile organic compounds (TVOC), aldehyde, and ketone, discharged from a fiberboard manufacturer, were analyzed. The results showed that the concentration of TVOC, including alkane, benzenes, ester, ether, etc, was about 0. 1455 mg/m3. The concentration of aldehyde and ketone was 5. 0917 mg/m3. The concentrations of those compounds emitted from the fiber dryer met the requirement by Integrated Emission Standard DB 11/501-2007 for Air Pollutants.
