摘要
学前教育是基础教育的重要组成部分,学前教育和义务教育阶段是人生奠基和人格形成的重要时期,是推进教育公平的起点。少数民族地区学前教育面临对学前教育支持力度不够,财政投入不足;学前教育优质资源匮乏,幼儿"入园难";学前教育师资严重短缺,整体素质不高;幼儿教育"小学化"等问题。可从树立正确的学前教育观念;政府盘活各种可用资源,形成科学的学前教育公共服务体系;充实师资,提升幼儿教师队伍素质等方面来加以解决。
Pre - school education is an important part of basic education. The phases of pre - school education and compulsory education are the important period to form one' s life philosophy and porsonalities as well as the starting point to promote educational equity. Pres - school educa- tion in minority are faced with such problems as lack of financial support and investment, scarce high - quality resources, difficult children "admis- sion', a serious shortage of pre - school teachers, low overall quality and the elementarization of the early childhood education. The paper puts for- wards some corresponding countermeasures including building a correct concept of pre - school education, the government' s making full use of a- vailable resources, forming the scientific public service system of pre - school education, enlarging the quantity and improving the quality of pre - school teachers.
