摘要
教育者的耐心,是在认识儿童身心发展规律的基础上,对学生学习发展的要求与学生现实身心发展水平的契合。教育者耐心的修养是"知、情、意、行"的和谐整合,是师生和谐互动的历练,是对学习者驾驭学习任务的适度期待和恰当扶持,是在科学发展观,正确育人观、学生观指导下长期实践锻炼的结果。
The instructor' s patience, which is the basis of understanding the rules of children' s development in body and mind, is an integra- tion of the requirement of students' development in study and their present development level in body and mind. The instructor' s patience cultiva- tion is also an harmonious integration in cognition, feeling, will, behavior, experiences of interaction between teachers and students, a proper ex- pectation and sustenance to student' s controlling study mission, and a long - term exercised result under the theories of scientific development and education philosophy.
