摘要
农村区域校本教研,是为了乡镇、基于乡镇、在乡镇中并通过乡镇进行的更具实效性的教育教学研究与管理方式。构建和开展区域校本教研,不仅有利于促进学校管理规范化、有序化,增强学校凝聚力和教育教学的吸引力,提高教育教学质量,有效推进乡镇教育的区域发展,促进师生健康发展和良好教育教学研究风气的形成,而且有利于教师更好地进行教育教学研究,提高学校教育教学研究效率和效益,促进教师的专业发展和归属感。
School- based teaching and research in rural regions, based on the township, is an effective education and teaching and manage- ment method. Building up and developing it not only promotes the standardization of school management and ordering, but enhances the attractive- hess and cohesion of school, improves teaching quality and effectively promotes the regional development of rural education and the healthy develop- ment of teachers and students and the formation of good atmosphere of teaching and research. So that teachers can better conduct the teaching and research, improving the efficiency and effectiveness of school education and promoting teachers' professional development and sense of belonging.
