对贵州高校体育专业毕业生就业问题的思考

A Reflection upon the Employment of the Graduates Majoring Sports in the Colleges in Guizhou

随着高校招生规模的不断扩大及大学生就业政策市场化的转向,在贵州高校体育专业学生总量大幅扩张的同时,相对的毕业生就业率也在逐渐下降,为此,我们采用问卷调查、实地访谈、文献资料和数据统计等方法对贵州高校体育专业毕业生就业现状进行调查研究,从多维角度对毕业生就业问题进行系统分析论证,力求把握毕业生的就业价值取向,为体育院校进一步完善招生就业工作机制提供理论依据,对深化贵州高校体育课程教学改革,培养社会需要的体育专业合格人才提供一定的帮助。

With the oonstant expanaion of the college admissions and the market -oriented employment polities, the unemployment rate for the gradu- ates majoring sports is gradually going down. Using questionnaires, field interviews, literature and statistics, we made an investigsation and research on their employment status and systematic analysis of their employment problem from amultidimensional perspectives so as to strive grasp the graduates＇ value off- entation in employment ,providing a theoretical reference for the sports colleges to further improve the working mechanism of enrollment and employment as well as promoting the teaching reform of college PE courses and training qualified sports prc^cssional talents in C, uizhou.
