摘要
本文主要介绍了舰船承造船厂军事代表室开展舰船监造项目沟通与信息管理的做法,并对建立项目管理信息系统进行了分析与设计,重点对舰船产品进度和质量等项目信息进行了管理和监控,提高了舰船监造质量。
This article mainly introduces some practices of navy representative office in communication of projects supervision and information management. Then a Project Manage- ment Information System(PMIS) is analyzed and designed. This system can achieve the man- agement and supervision of the project informations in the whole process, which include pro- duction progress and quality and so on, and enhance the quality of shipbuilding supervision.
