This paper introduced the determination of the season when the polluted accident happened on electric lines. According to the usual time and climatic conditions when polluted accident happened, found out the relationship of polluted accidents, season, the weather and other factors, and to determine the season when the polluted accident usually happened, so that antifouling work could be completed before polluted seasons.
