XG600高强钢热轧卷板减量化工艺研究与工业试制

摘要 遵循减量化生产原则,设计了低成本的高强钢化学成分体系,在C-Mn钢成分的基础上,减少较贵重的Nb、V含量,增加较便宜金属Ti的含量。研究化学成分和工艺参数对热轧高强钢组织和性能的影响规律,通过合理调整化学成分,优化热连轧工艺及控冷工艺,生产出了力学性能良好的热轧高强钢卷板。 The low cost of high strength steel learn component system is designed following the principle of reduction production, reducing content of more expensive metal of Nb, V , increasing the content of cheaper metal Ti based on the C - Mn steel components. The influencing rule is reached for the chemical composition and process parameters on microstructure and properties of high strength hot rolling steel. Through the reasonable adjusting chemical composition, optimizing hot rolling process and control cooling process, high strength hot rolled steel coils with sound mechanical properties are produced.
