摘要
该产品在首次试验时由于泄漏量偏大,造成性能下降。针对这一问题,文中对主要泄漏源的四对硬密封摩擦副进行了分析与改进,并提出了理论依据及改进前后试验数据,从而使产品达到了性能要求,顺利地通过了试验。
The pump performance becomes declined because of too much leakage in the first test. This article mainly analyses and improves the four strong seal friction couple to solve the problem. We present the data before and after tests and theory basis to meet the performance requirements of the pump and to make the successful test.
