本文针对双伸缩液压缸的运动控制元件——液控单向阀在使用中，使液压缸产生“爬行”现象，导致整体产品颤动的问题，从试验入手进行分析，在此基础上改进结构设计，解决爬行问题。

In view of the hydraulic support shaking caused by the hydraulic cylinder creeping during the operation of the hy- draulic check valve——the movement——controlling element of the hydraulic cylinder, we have made the analysis by starting with the experiments, thereby improved the constructional design, and solved this creeping problem.
