探析我国果蔬食品冷链物流的发展——以常州地区大中型超市为典型个案

Research on Development of Vegetable and Fruit Cold-Chain Logistics in China ——Illustrated by Region and Mediun Sized Supermarket in Changzhou

随着经济水平的快速发展,人们对于果蔬的质量要求日益提高。从我国果蔬食品的冷链物流发展现状分析可知,果蔬冷链发展过程中存在一些问题,已远不能满足果蔬行业的需求。为解决相关问题,提高我国果蔬食品冷链物流的水平,保证食品安全,更好地维护消费者的利益,通过市场调研,对目前我国果蔬冷链的发展现状进行分析,并提出完善果蔬冷链发展的对策。

With the level of economic development, the requirement of fruit and vegetable quality increasing rapidly. From analysis of China＇s vegetable and fruit cold-chain logistics development situation, point out the issues in the cold chain logistics development of fruit and vegetable products. It has been far from meet the demand of fruit and vegetable industry. To solve these issues, improve the level of fruit and vegetable food cold-chain logistics, to ensure food safety, protect consumers＂ interests better. In this paper, through research of market, analysis the development situation of our country, and put forward the countermeasures fi^r the development of vegetables and fnlit cold-chain logistics.
