基于EDI技术的弹药储供保障体系构建与分析

System Construction and Analysis of Ammunition Reserve and Supply Support on EDI

针对弹药储供保障存在保障模式环节多、应急性差、反应速度慢、信息化水平低等问题,分析了目前我军弹药储供保障体系。结合我军弹药储供保障特点,借鉴国际贸易EDI运行模式,对弹药储供保障EDI系统进行初步构建,并对基于E-DI系统的弹药储供流程进行了分析。通过运用弹药储供保障EDI系统优化了弹药储供保障流程,缩短了信息反馈时间,提高了保障效率,为实施"适时、适地、适量"的精确保障奠定了基础。

The current ammunition reserve and supply support system was analyzed on the problem of complicated support links, slow emergency velocity and low informationization level. The ED1 system of ammunition reserve and supply support was constructed on ammunition reserve and supply support trait and international trade EDI mode and the ammunition reserve and supply support process was analyzed. The ammunition reserve and supply support EDI system can optimize ammunition support process, shorten information feedback time, improve support efficiency and develop the basis of precise support.
