摘要
首先简单介绍了餐饮企业最常见的两种物流模式,然后以肯德基和麦当劳为例对这两种物流模式进行了对比分析,从而从中得出对我国餐饮企业的一些启示。
This paper briefly introduces the two most common logisties mode of tile catering enterprises, and then put KFC and McDonald's as an example of the two kinds of logistics modes. Finally this paper give some suggestion to Chinese dining industry.
