摘要
从应急物流的内涵、特点入手,提出了应急物流体系创新机制的构建,包括应急物流信息平台、应急物流快速反应机制、应急物流政府保障机制和应急物流的反馈控制机制四大模块。只有这些创新机制的协同运作,突发事件的物资供应才能得到有效保障。
From the content and the characteristics of file emergency logistics, the article is proposed building the innovative mec, hanisms of the emergency logistics system. There are four modules in the emergency logistics system, including the information platform of emergency logistics, the rapid response mechanism of emergency logistics, government safeguards mechanism and feedback control mechanism of emergency logistics to four modules. Only co-operation of these innovative mechanisms, emergency supplies can be effectively protected.
