摘要
西方权变理论注重"硬管理"与"软管理"的有机统一、良性互动。这对我们思考高校管理问题有借鉴意义:硬管理和软管理结合启发我们既要强化制度又要激发内部活力;硬管理的软化启发我们重视高校规章制度的人性化;软管理的硬化启发我们在激发内部活力时注重对制度的借助。
Western contingency theory focuses on the organic unity of " hard management" and " soft management" and on their positive interaction. This gives reference for the issue of university management. The integration of hard management and soft management inspires us not only to strengthen the system but also to stimulate internal vitality; the softening of hard manage ment tells us the importance of the humanity of university rules and regulations; the hardening of soft management tells us to rely on the system to stimulate internal dynamism.
