摘要
本文通过分析振动频率、主轴旋转频率、进给速度、刀具半径等加工参数与被加工表面之间的关系 ,发现振动频率和主轴旋转频率的比值对表面空间频率和幅度起着决定性作用。在此基础上 ,对被加工表面进行了仿真研究 。
The relationships among vibration frequency, cutting parameters such as spindle rotation frequency, feed velocity, tool radius and so on, and the shape of the emerging surface are examined in this paper. It is found that the surface frequency and amplitude depend on the ratio of vibration frequency to rotation frequency. With the knowledge of these relationships, a computer simulation of the work piece surface has been developed and the method of adjusting rotation frequency to optimize the surface is proposed.
