摘要
本文介绍了一种用于计算全息数字波面干涉仪中的自动分析计算全息检测所得干涉图的方法。它采用一系列计算机图像处理技术实现了干涉图条纹数据的准确、实时采集 。
An automatic computer analysis and test method for interferogram obtained from the computer gene rated hologram digital wavefront interferometer,which was studied and developed in Nanjing Astronomical Instruments Research Center, is described.It can perform the real time fringe data sampling accurately by using a series of computer image processing techniques.The method of processing interferograms with arbitrary closed loop fringe patterns is proposed for the first time. The principles and methods also can be used to process, analyze and test the interferograms from other types of interferometers.
