The paper points out that Cleaner Production is a new manufacturing mode, and an inevitable choice to implement sustainable development strategy for manufacturing corporations. This mode will be put into practice soon. It describes the design principles of technique system in a CP environment on the thorough investigation of the meaning of cleaner production.
