摘要
对建立水泵原理方案设计模型的必要性进行了分析 ,在考虑现有设计方法模型的特点以及水泵原理设计自身规律的基础上 ,把逐步求精模型的闭环设计思想与面向对象设计模型相融合 ,提出了一个原理方案设计模型。在本模型的功能分解中采用了 FBS( function-behavior-state)方法。该模型在泵的原理方案设计的一实例中得到了较好的应用 ,表明此模型具有可操作性。
The necessity of establishing conceptual design model for pump is analyzed. Concerned with some current design process model and the specialization in pump conceptual design, the architecture of conceptual design model for pump is presented in this paper, which is combined self-maintenance design model and the object-oriented design model. The Function-Behavior-State (FBS) model is also used in the function decomposition in the mentioned model. At the same time a successful application of one conceptual pump design example is obtained, which shows the three potential advantages,i.e. computability, reusability and exchangeability.
