摘要
讨论在 CNC滚齿机上 ,使用标准渐开线刀具 ,依据 CNC加工的特殊可控 ,实现特殊齿廓加工。提出利用变位方法来避免展成加工中的齿廓干涉 。
The paper discusses how to get arbitrary gear tooth profile produced by a CNC hobbing machine,which only relies on the flexibility of the CNC system, using a general tool which was used to produce a standard involute gear. We offer the method of avoiding interfer, and give the equation of movement control based on CNC.
