外源性胰岛素介导的自身免疫性低血糖一例 被引量：1

摘要 糖尿病患者注射胰岛素后出现低血糖，主要原因为胰岛素剂量过大，因注射人胰岛素介导产生自身免疫反应致胰岛素抗体，从而导致低血糖系少见情况。本文报道1例此病患者的临床资料。
