模糊评价方法在地方公用事业决策中的应用

Application of fuzzy evaluation method in decision making in local public utilities

以模糊决策模型为基础，改进了综合模糊评判方法，并采取Adamo模糊数排序方法，为公用事业决策中经常遇到的清晰－模糊指标混合的选择型决策问题提供了一条解决的途径．文中还首次尝试了用模糊数构造模糊矩阵以增加决策的科学性．

Basing on the fuzzy decision making model, in the paper the fuzzy integrative evaluation method is improved, and an effective way to solve the selection problem which decision mabers often meet in the decision making in local public utilities. In addition, the building of fuzng matrix with fuzzy numbers for ensuring the accuracy of the decision is attempted for the first time.
