摘要
职业倦怠对于组织开展正常工作,提高工作效率危害较大,它作为现代职场的流行病已受到全社会的广泛关注。由于工作中各种主客原因的影响,目前高校辅导员队伍已成为职业倦怠的高危人群。在阐述高校辅导员职业倦怠的内涵和特征的基础上,分析了辅导员队伍中的职业倦怠现象的成因,并提出了干预策略。
Occupation burnout has become a modern epidemic. It brings great harm to ordinary work and reduces the working efficiency. Due to kinds of subjective and objective reasons, college counselors' has become the high-risk group bothered by occupation burnout. Combined with the connotation and characteristics of college counselors' occupation burnout, the causes are analyzed and corresponding measures are proposed to make intervention.
