摘要
为研究CAI教学法在肿瘤分子靶向治疗教学中的应用效果,将南通大学医学院2008级临床医学专业(5年制)的120名学生分为传统教学和实验教学两组,采用问卷调查及考试试卷分析的方法进行教学效果评估。调查结果显示,83%以上的学生对CAI教学法感到满意;CAI教学组学生对肿瘤分子靶向治疗的知识掌握情况好于传统教学组(P<0.05)。CAI教学法明显提高了学生学习的自主性、趣味性、积极性及综合能力,有助于对肿瘤分子靶向治疗知识的理解。
To investigate the value of computer aided instruction (CAI) teaching mode in the teaching procedure of "molecular targeted therapy of tumor", 120 clinical medicine undergraduates were divided into two groups of experimental group (with CAI mode) and control group (with traditional code). The teaching effects were evaluated through questionnaire and test paper analysis. The results show that more than 83 percent of the students are satisfied with CAI teaching mode. The students in CAI teaching group master the therapy knowledge better than those in traditional teaching group(P〈0.05). CAI teaching mode can obviously improve the autonomous learning, interest, activeness and the comprehensive ability.
