摘要
提出了一种新型仿真转台用叶片式连续回转电液伺服马达的结构模型 ,从机械结构设计和性能控制两方面采取了一系列关键技术措施 ,以提高马达的超低速、高频响、宽调速、高精度等性能指标 。
This paper put forward a kind of new typed structure model for vane styled continuous rotary electro hydraulic servomoter used in simulation rotary table.From two aspects of mechanical structure design and performance control it adopted a series of measures of key techniques to improve the motor's performance targets of super low speed,high frequency response,wide speed control,high precision and so on.The result of preformance test verified that every item of performance target of this new typed motor attained the requirements of simulation rotary table.
