高职院校学生就业心理问题与对策思考

The Psychological Problems and Countermeasures on Employment of Students in Higher Vocational Colleges

在当前错综复杂的社会大背景下,高校毕业生尤其是高职院校毕业生面临着较大的就业心理压力,在就业过程中产生了自卑、攀比、依赖等不良心理。针对高职学生就业心理问题,结合社会、高校及学生自身等方面的问题,探讨相应对策。

Under the current complex social background, graduates, higher vocational graduates in particular, face great psychological pres- sure in the course of employment and have unhealthy psychology like low self-esteem, comparing unrealistically, dependency and etc. Akning at the psychological problems in employment, combining with the reality of the society, colleges and the students, the paper explores the countermeasures to these problems.
