On Students' Ideological and Political Education in the Context of "Learning and Working Alternation" in Higher Vocational Colleges

工学交替作为高职院校人才培养的重要模式,在促进高职教育发展的同时,也给学生思想政治教育带来了新的要求和挑战。在工学交替的新模式下,思想政治教育工作者要转变教育理念,改进教育方式方法,以顺应职业教育发展的新要求和新趋势。

As an important mode of talent cultivation ~a higher vocational colleges, ＂leamkag and working alternation＂ promotes the develop- merit of higher vocational education. Meanwhile, it also brings new demands and challenges to the ideological and polical educa- tion. Educators should change the ideas of ideological and political education; improve the educational methods to adapt to the new requirements and developing trends of higher vocational education.
