摘要
目的:探讨临床护理改革(TCAB)在优质护理服务中的应用效果。方法:2011年7~11月,将我院符合纳入标准的100例骨科病人分为TCAB组和传统护理组各50例。TCAB组患者实施改革后的护理服务,传统护理组实施传统的护理服务。调查比较两种模式对护理质量和病人对护士满意度的影响。结果:开展TCAB后,病人对护理服务及对护士满意度均较传统护理模式高(均P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论:在优质护理服务中开展TCAB,可提高护理服务质量,提高住院病人满意度。
Objective:To discuss the effect of transforming care at the bedside(TCAB) on high quality nursing service.Methods:100 patients in our rospital from July to November in 2011 were divided into TCAB group and traditional nursing group,50 patients in each group.The patients in the TCAB group after the reform of nursing service,the traditional group implemented the traditional nursing service.Investigated and compared between the two groups made on quality of nursing and patient′s satisfation impact on nurses.Results:After developed the TCAB,the patients′ satisfaction to nursing service and the seasoned nurses were higher than the traditional nursing mode(all P0.05),the difference was ststistically significant.Conclusions:Carryed out the TCAB could promoted the quality of the holistic nursing service and increased the patients′ satisfaction.
