摘要
目的：探讨疼痛教育对骨伤患者疼痛控制的影响。方法：将2012年1～4月收治的骨伤患者268例随机分为试验组140例和对照组128例,对照组实施常规健康教育,试验组在常规健康教育的基础上实施疼痛教育,比较两组患者不同时间点疼痛评分、对疼痛认知和疼痛控制满意度。结果：试验组入院后72 h及5,7 d疼痛评分低于对照组（P〈0.05）,疼痛认知和疼痛控制满意度高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：疼痛教育能提高患者对疼痛的认知,提高了疼痛控制效果和疼痛控制满意度。
Objective：To study the effect of mental nursing in the cognition of patients with Parkinson′s disease.Methods：80 atients with Parkinson′s disease were randomly divided into conventional nursing group（39 patients）and mental nursing group（41 patients）.Psychological conditions and cognition function in both groups were analyzed by MMSE,MOCA,HAMD before and three weeks after mental nursing.Results：Before mental nursing,there were no significant differences of each scales between the two groups（P0.05）,but after three weeks,there were significant differences in all the scores between the two groups（P0.05）,especially to the cognition function.Conclusion：Mental nursing can improve the cognition of patients with Parkinson′s Disease,and it is easy to be used widely in nursing.
