腹部护理支架在重症急性胰腺炎术后患者中的应用

Application of the abdominal stent in postoperative patients with severe acute pancreatitis

目的:探讨腹部护理支架在重症急性胰腺炎术后患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2011年5月～2012年4月我科收治的25例重症急性胰腺炎手术治疗患者为研究对象,使用我科自行设计的腹部护理支架。结果:本组患者中无1例发生因使用腹部支架导致的相关并发症和护理不良事件,96%的患者感到舒适。结论:腹部护理支架可以提高护理工作质量,确保临床护理安全,且获得广大医务人员和患者好评,值得在临床上推广使用。

Objective：To explore the effect of applying the abdominal stent in postoperative patients with severe acute pancreatitis.Methods：The abdominal stent was applied to 25 postoperative patients with severe acute pancreatitis from May 2011 to April 2012.Results：No abdominal stent related complication was found and no nursing adverse event happened,96% postoperative patients felted comfort.Conclusion：Applying the abdominal stent which improved the quality of nursing and ensured the safety of public health was worth extending.
