我国儿童牛肉食品安全监管体系研究

Study on the Beef Food Safety Supervision System of Chinese Children

针对我国儿童牛肉食品的现状,本研究根据经济学、管理学和法学理论为指导,借鉴国内外已有的研究成果,从监管的角度对我国儿童牛肉食品的安全监管体系结构和决策模型进行了分析,包括监管体系构成及关键因素的分析、消费者和食品生产者行为的决策模式、两者之间的博弈模型、政府机构监管行为的决策模式及食品安全监管体系的运行机制等内容。

In this research,the children＇s beef food safety supervision system and decision model are analyzed according to theory of economies,management and law,as well as achievements at home and abroad.The analyses include supervision system and key factors,behavior decision and operating mechanism.
