吉林省要进一步发展农业,更好地解决"三农"问题,就必须加强农业科技人员培养,本文在对现有的吉林省农业科技人员培养问题及制约因素分析的基础上,提出加强吉林省农业科技人员培养的五种主要模式。

If want to further develop the agriculture and better solve the ＂Three Agriculture＂ issues,Jilin province must have strengthened the training of agricultural scientific and technological personnel.On the basis of analysis on the existing issues and constraints factors of the training of agricultural scientific and technological personnel,provides five main models to strengthen the training of agricultural scientific and technological personnel.
