适应东部产业转移需要的商务英语师资建设

On Teaching Staff Construction of Business English Specialty for the Demands of the Eastern Part of the Transfer of Industry

在论证了良好的师资队伍对适应承接东部产业转移需要的商务人才培养的重要作用的基础上,以湛江师范学院为例,分析该校商务英语师资现状,提出加强校内培训,鼓励教师走出去,建立校外实习基地,加强"产学研"结合,加强教师的科研能力,促进师资队伍建设。

Qualified teaching staff is of great importance in cultivating students of Business English Specialty for the demands of the eastern part of the transfer of industry.Taking Zhanjiang Normal University as an example,the present situation of teaching staff of Business English Specialty was analyzed and some suggestions were made： use the facilities of the university itself to train teaching staff,encourage teachers to go out training in other related universities,establish the off-campus practice base,strengthen the combination of ＂production,teaching and research＂,improve the quality of teaching staff construction by stimulating the teachers interests in scientific researches
