肺动脉吊带畸形1例 被引量：2

摘要 患儿女性,10个月。因＂反复哭闹后发绀7个月,咳嗽、吼喘5＋d＂入本院。病史采集：7个月前反复出现哭闹后口唇、面部发绀,未就诊及治疗。5＋d前出现咳嗽、吼喘,无发热、呕吐等。入院查体：T为36.7℃,P为145次/min,R为30次/min。急性病容,口唇微绀,三凹征（＋）,呼吸音粗糙,双肺部闻及干啰音及广泛粗湿啰音,
