混合励磁分块转子磁通切换电机电磁特性分析 被引量:10

摘要 为了提高电励磁转子分块式磁通切换电机转矩密度和功率密度,提出一种混合励磁分块转子磁通切换电机拓扑,通过在定子齿开槽,嵌入径向充磁的永磁体,提高了电机的转矩密度和功率密度。介绍了电机的工作原理、磁通切换方式和基本参数尺寸设计。通过有限元仿真得出静态永磁磁场分布、永磁磁链、反电势和定位力矩。与典型混合励磁磁通切换电机的调磁磁性能进行对比研究。有限元仿真结果表明:混合励磁分块转子磁通切换电机具有高转矩密度、高功率密度、强容错能力、强调磁能力,适合用于启动发电系统。 A hybrid excitation segmentedrotor fluxswitching motor is proposed ,which can not only main tain advantages of a woundfield threephase segmentalrotor fluxswitching motor such as segmentedrotor and fieldregulation but also realize higher torque density and power efficiency by setting permanent mag nets into slot of stator tooth. The operation principle, flux switching mode, design dimensions were intro duced and predicted by finiteelement analyses. The finiteelement analyses results verify that the pro posed machine has higher torque density, power efficiency, fault tolerant ability, and fieldregulation abili ty, and is therefore suitable for starter and generator system.
