热电偶型水势测定技术在植物生理生态研究中的应用分析

摘要 本文对已有的热电偶型水势测定技术在植物生理生态研究中的应用进行了分析对比.主要内容包括:适用于野外和原位测定的装置类型;各种热电偶型水势测定技术本身的测量精度和与其他测试方法相比的精度;热电偶型水势测定技术的操作困难和主要误差等,希望能对于研究人员在根据研究需要进行仪器类型选购,实验过程中操作模式选择和操作中如何降低测定误差方面有所帮助. The application of the different techniques in the study of plant eco-physiology was analyzed.The main contents include the type of instrumentation suitable for in situ and field measurements,analysis and comparison of the accuracy of the thermocouple psychrometer/hygrometers per se,and difficulties and error sources for field application.It is hoped that this can help with researchers in instrument selection,mode of measurement selection,as well as the reduction of errors during operation.
