Investigation and Analysis on College Female Counselor′s Role Conflict

高校女性辅导员因特殊的性别特征、社会角色责任,在辅导员角色扮演中有着自身特有的角色冲突。在对川南5所高校女性辅导员做广泛深入调查的基础上,运用社会性别角色及角色冲突理论,分析高校女性辅导员角色冲突现象,指出了角色冲突的不良影响,并就如何对角色冲突进行调适提出了建议。

Female counselors have unique role conflict, because they have their gender traits and social roles of responsibility. In this article, Based on investigation in connection with five Colleges in southern Sichuan. female counselors ＇role conflict was analyzed by theory of Gender and role conflicts. This articl puts forward negative effects and tries to propose the countermeasures.
