民族地区高校学生社团特色化建设的路径探析

民族地区高校学生社团不仅有利于繁荣校园文化,推进多元文化建设,有利于增进文化交流,推动民族团结,而且还有利于多渠道展现特色校园文化。由于受多方面的影响,当前高校学生社团特色化建设面临着一些困难。对民族地区高校学生社团来说,要突破困境,一是要创新管理机制,科学规划社团结构;二是要准确定位,突出特色;三是要挖掘民族文化精华,展示民族地区高校特色;四是要践行"多元一体"思想,加强社团文化建设。

It is practically significant to let the societies work on. it is theoretically and realistically significan to construct unique student＇s society in the minority region.
