Switch Cabinet Monitoring System Based on RS-485

针对电力系统中高压开关柜集成度低、配线复杂、可靠性弱的问题,设计了一种开关柜智能监控系统.系统以PC机为上位机,低功耗单片机为下位机,采用RS-485总线通信方式,实时监控开关柜内的温度、湿度、开关状态等,并具有显示和语音提示功能,大大提高了开关柜监控的集成度和智能化程度.

Aiming to problems of low integration, complex wiring and poor reliability of high voltage switch cabinet in present electric power system, this paper designs a switch cabinet monitoring system. Taking a PC as upper computer, low power consumption MCU as lower machine, and the data transmitted by RS-485 bus. The system can monitor and control the temperature, humidity, switch state and some other parameters in switch cabinet, and has display and voice prompt functions. These greatly improved the switch cabinet capacity on controlling and integration.
