摘要
实时检测和记录了篮球运动员比赛中的心率,用相关软件处理记录数据,以得出其比赛中心率变化特点,研究篮球运动的供能特征.结果表明,在篮球比赛中,约有40%的时间以ATP-CP系统为主要供能系统,辅以乳酸能系统和有氧氧化系统,无氧代谢供能约占85%.篮球运动员的训练应以大强度、短间歇、高密度无氧训练为主,同时注意结合有氧训练.
Detecting and recording real-time heart rate of basketball players in game, using related software to processing the recorded data are to get the changing characteristics of heart rate and explore the energy supply characteristics. Results show that, in basketball game, ATP-CP system acting as the main supply system is about 40% of the time. Combined with lactic acid system and aerobic oxidation system, the anaerobic energy supply is about 85%. Training of basketball players should be high-intensity, short intermittent, high-density-based anaerobic training. Meanwhile, aerobic training should be integrated.
