四川省宣汉县东乡镇社区心血管病及其主要危险因素的流行病学研究

Epidemiological study of risk factors for cardiovascular diseases in community of Dongxiang Town, Xuanhan County, Sichuan province, China

目的通过对我县心血管疾病发生危险因素的流行状况进行调查分析,为广大群众的心血管疾病防治及医疗保健提供科学依据。方法选取我社区居民为研究样本,对社区居民进行心血管流行病学调查,并对调查结果进行汇总分析评估。结果在本社区调查者中,共有213例居民参与调查,主要以男性多见,年龄分布以中老年为主。在213例居民中,高血压者占57.65%,体重异常者占67.36%,血脂异常者的患病率达64.72%,血糖异常的检出率为25.45%,其中已确诊为糖尿病患者的约占10.8%。结论本社区居民中,大部分调查对象存在心血管疾病的危险因素,表示该组研究样本群体是心血管疾病的高危人群,应当采取针对多种危险因素进行控制,以预防心血管疾病的发生。

Objective To investigate the risk factors for cardiovascular diseases in Xuanhan County, China by epidemiological survey, and to provide a scientific basis for prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases. Methods The residents in a community of Xuanhan County were selected as subjects. Epidemiological survey was performed in them to determine the epidemiological characteristics of cardiovascular diseases in this community. Analysis was performed on the survey results. Results A total of 213 residents were included in the investigation, with males making up a larger proportion, and most of the residents surveyed were middle-aged and elderly. Of all the residents, 57.65% had hypertension, 67.36% had abnormal body weight, 64.72% had abnormal blood fat, and 25.45% had abnormal blood sugar, including 10.8% with confirmed diagnosis of diabetes. Conclusion In this community, most respondents have risk factors for cardiovascular diseases, indicating that this group of research samples are high-risk population for cardiovascular diseases, so measures should be taken to control the risk factors and prevent cardiovascular diseases.
