摘要
总结性回顾23例急性心肌梗死患者在主动脉内球囊反搏(IABP)辅助下行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术的手术配合经验和注意事项。结果在应用IABP辅助下,除2例患者术后因多器官功能衰竭而死亡外,其余均顺利完成PCI术并康复出现。在所有的手术中,正确使用手术内各种设备(特别是反搏机),预先准备药物和器材,全面、认真、细致的医护配合,是手术成功的关键。
Retrospective analysis was performed on 23 cases of acute myocardial infarction who underwent percutaneous coronary intervention （PCI） with the assistance of intra-aortic balloon counterpulsation to summarize the cooperation experience and instructions in operation. Of all cases, 2 died of multiple organ failure after operation, and others survived PCI and were cured. Proper use of operation apparatus （particularly counterpulsation device）, preoperative preparation of medicines and devices, and careful cooperation between doctors and nurses are the key to operation success.
