摘要
研究了一种以低值小杂鱼为原料生产高蛋白鱼粉的方法。按本工艺所生产的产品的蛋白质质量含量 81 % ,水分质量含量 8% ,灰分质量含量 0 .6% ,油脂质量含量 0 .76% ,可用于食品添加剂及蛋白强化剂。
Study is made to put forward a method of producing high protein fish meal by low value little fish.The product by such a method contains 81% of protein, 8% of H 2O, 0.6% of ash and 0.76% of fat. It can be used in food additives and protein intensifiers.
