河南省乒乓球后备人才培养研究

On the Training of Table Tennis Player Reserve in Henan Province

为加强河南省乒乓球后备人才培养的可持续发展,运用问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法等对河南省乒乓球后备人才进行调查研究。结果显示:河南省乒乓球后备人才存在握拍方式、打法类型单一,比例不合理,重训练轻文化课学习,运动员身体综合素质差,比赛机会少,运动伤病多等问题。因此,应积极改善培养过程中的队员握拍方式、打法类型不均衡现状,提高河南省乒乓球后备人才科学文化知识水平,同时尽快转变训练理念,促进运动员素质的全面发展,并应加大政策引导和扶持力度,拓宽运动员出路。

To ensure the sound development of Table Tennis player reserve in Henan Province, we carried out a survey of them. The result shows that the reserved players are monotonous in their grip of the bat and their style of playing, and that they have few chances to take part in matches and are apt to injuries. In view of these problems, we should try to adjust their ways of gripping bats and playing style. We should also help them to learn more knowledge and change the notion of training to promote the all-round development of these players.
