摘要
为了深入了解我国藤球运动裁判员工作现状与发展前景,本文运用专家访谈法、问卷调查法、文献资料法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法对中国藤球裁判员队伍从业素质进行了系统调查分析与研究。研究表明:中国藤球裁判员年龄差距大,出现断层现象;中国藤球裁判员普遍英文水平亟需提高;中国藤球裁判员大型国际比赛临场经验较为缺乏。建议国家加强藤球裁判员的管理制度建设,建立完善的培养、培训计划,及时更新培训内容,丰富培训形式和方法,重视年轻高素质裁判员培养。
The author makes a survey of the professional competence of Chinese Sepak Takraw referees. Result shows that there exists a great age gap in these referees, that their English is not good, and that they lack experience of international competitions. It is suggested that our country enhance the establishment of managing system in this field, set up complete and systematic training plan for referees, and attach importance to the training of young high-quality referees.
